Welcome to the swypejobs. pilot

A closed test of a swipe-based job app for students. You use a pre-release build, tell us what is confusing, and help us decide what to build next. You only see the product after Step 1 is signed and a founder has approved you.

It takes up to 5 hours a week for 4 weeks. You can spread that time however you like.

What this is

A private test. Job listings and employer accounts may be sample data unless we tell you otherwise. The product can have bugs, change, or reset.

What this is not

Not a job, internship, or work placement. It does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or a future role. Any later role would be a separate written agreement.

What you get

early access when we launch, a participation certificate, a LinkedIn recommendation from the founders, priority introductions to employers, and swag. These are not payment for work, and we may change them with notice.

Your weeks

Week 0Onboarding. Sign Step 1, receive credentials, sign in, and complete your profile.
Week 1First impressions. Build your profile, go through at least 30 cards, note what confuses you, and find a job you would really apply for.
Week 2Matches and chats. Aim for a match, start a conversation, test settings and privacy, and complete the mid-pilot questions (sections A to E).
Week 3Stress test. Use it the way you would when you are in a hurry, compare it with how you search today, try to break it, and note anything that feels unsafe or untrustworthy.
Week 4Wrap-up. Complete the full questionnaire and your interview, including the “would you like to join swypejobs.?” section.

Week 5 is the end-of-pilot interview. Week 6 is ours: we revoke access, thank you, and tell you what we will build next.
